Income Stats – February 2010

The February was a deserve for several month of hard work without any significant returns.

I kept on working on my main money making site and fixed several not woking links that made my income explode. If I would notice this hige error in Januray, I could probably make 1500-2000$ in Jan alone for this product.

3 days ago I’ve analysed my interlinking strategy and found that my main page links to content pages about products, but not to actual comparisons of products. I’ve linked my home page to comparison pages and already made over 300$ in additional sales. To be frank, I’m noticing that less text and more options to click-through to the merchant’s pages actually make much more money.

OK, down to the earnings:

February 2010 – 3908.76$

This is all pure SEO traffic, no paid traffic involved. And in February 2010 I’ve beaten my goal of making 3000$ in pure profits. I need to calculate the expenses, but roughly it’s within 300$ so net is around 3600$.

Project Outsourcing completed

I fyou’re following my posts, you remmeber that I was planning to outsource my content creation to freelance writers. I’ve done this and successfully found 5 writers, 3 of them are actively working with me now, and 2 are ready to work as soon as address them. In fact, this saved me lots of hours, and in future I plan to outsource other SEO stuff as well.

First I need to determine and outline a strategy that I’ll implement to my new SEO sites.

Current Strategy

Even while having several pages on my site that get traffic and sales, I keep working on promoting other money pages. I also launched my second site and one of my writers is writing content for this site now.

I realize that in future months the income may stagnate or even decrease, since brand-new sites don’t lift up so fast, but anyway, the strategy for the next months is building new sites and promoting them as hard as I can.

Considering the number of great domains sitting in my Namecheap and watiting to turn into money-making sites, I’ve decided not to start my foundation project yet… To build 15-20$ daily income in adsense, I need around 20-40 domains. This is a solid investment, even with my Feb income. I’ll invest these money into promoting aready existing money pages that need a small bump in rankings to start bringing money.
